Returns & Replacements

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return/replacement, your item must be in the condition that you received it. Live plants damaged in transit are covered by our 100% Safe Transit Guarantee — just send us photos within 48 hours of unboxing.

Starting a Return

To start a return or report damaged transit, please contact us at info@leafio.in with your Order ID and photo evidence. If your claim is accepted, we will dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
